Sales Manager Southern Europe, Chenbro, head office Eindhoven Job descriptionYour main responsibility is to strengthen Chenbro’s sales position in the Southern European market (mainly Italy, Spain, Portugal, France). Chenbro already has customers in this region, and it will be your task to accomplish a rapid growth in this area. About 50% of your time you deal with account management and the other 50% with developing new business opportunities. You promote and sell Chenbro’s total product portfolio to the system integrators, strategic OEM partners (1st Tier distributors) and succesfull channel partners, based on trust, integrity and mutual understanding. You are responsible for the selling process: from making quotations to negotiation and closing the deal. You are responsible for managing and extending present accounts, varying from 25.000 euro up to the large accounts of 2 million euro. Besides this, you are also prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities, based on existing target lists. You make a strategic sales plan for the south of Europe, according to the companies strategie, analyze market conditions and competitors, approach your target customers actively, make an inventory of their needs and make up cooperation agreements. You provide them with technical and commercial support and information about new product developments and make them aware of Chenbro’s capability to manufacture customer-based products and solutions. You also conduct and support needed marketing activities. You are able to set priorities and to built up strategic relationships with your (key) customers. You start with a short training period, during which you learn Chenbro’s product portfolio and systems, as well as the Taiwanese culture and the European market. You are a result driven personality, with at least several years experience in a relevant (international) sales position, with some experience in IT-electronics, preferable pc chassis or servers. You directly report to the General Manager Europe. Job requirementsMinimal bachelors degree, preferable in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.Knowledge of IT-electronics (servers, pc chassis or power supplies). At least 5 years experience in an (international) sales function.Fluently English (and preferable French, Italian or Spanish). Willingness to travel through Europe (20% of your time). Competences: sales driven, result orientated, technical awareness and excellent communication skills.
